On Sunday, February 22, 2015, the Milford Preservation Trust hosted a presentation by Julie Carmelich, of the State of Connecticut's Department of Economic and Community Development-State Historic Preservation Office, on Connecticut's State Historic Homes Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program (as enabled by CGS 10-416). This program will become available to historic homeowners statewide, beginning July 1, 2015.
